<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Note:<br />1. One receipt is valid for one facial treatment only.<br />2. Appointments must be made within 180 days from the receipt date. After this period, the right to receive the service is forfeited.<br />3. Cancellation of service contracts must be made within 7 days from the receipt date to be eligible for a refund (minus any applicable fees). Redeemed A Points are non-refundable.</p>

<p>9. Service Terms for Artistry Spa Facial Treatments:<br />9.1. Service Locations: Artistry Spa Facial Treatment Centers on Floors 2A and 5A at Amway Headquarters and Amway Shop – The Express Kanchanaphisek branch.<br />9.2. Rescheduling must be made at least 3 days in advance via the Business Services Department at Amway Headquarters, any Amway Shop, or the Amway Contact Center at 02-725-8000 (press 2).<br />9.3. Please present your receipt before the treatment to confirm your entitlement.<br />9.4. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.<br />9.5. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to accommodate the next customer.<br />9.6. Failure to show up without prior notice as stated in clause 9.2 will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment without refund or the option to reschedule.</p>
